Charter update discussion...

As I've been repeatingly been saying I would update the roster...I want to list out some points I have i mind...But I need your help to fix it Dx;;

These is the list of things I want to add and or change...

-Change it into a more friendship guild
-Meetings? Need discussion...
-Communication...hurm....Discussion people!
-Rankings? We're messed up on this xD Probably because of all the mess we've had...
-Event arrangement....
-Rules need a major update, just some changes is good...not a complete removal xD
-Any other suggestions?
